Lindsay’s Character- Lindsay Monroe is working as Third Grade detective in CSI. She has been born and brought up in Montana. She is appointed in replacement of dismissed Aiden Burn. She is quite a sensitive girl. She still remains distressed due to a homicide encountered in her teenage, in which her friends were killed. She is flustered by the sight of deceased girls and has a soft corner for victims from small cities. Mac and Stella appreciate her for her abilities and dedication. Being a new bie she does most of the dirty jobs like sieving through Tiger dung and getting evidence from a pool of lubricants. She had a little close relationship with Danny from the beginning but later on it turns out to be an affair. When Danny’s neighbor Rikki’s daughter is killed while in his care, he becomes depressed and comes closer to Rikki then both develop a little strained relationship, in the season finale.

Career- She is an American Actress and mostly works in television series. She first got the guest role in Law and Order: Special Victims Unit as a rape victim in episode Manhunt. Besides this she has also acted in Without a Trace, Medical Investigation and The Handler. She joined CSI-NY in second season as Lindsay from the episode Zoo York. She disappeared from the show for two times once a cobra escaped from a victims car bite her, this was written because of her pregnancy. Once she takes leave from CSI to appear in homicide trial of her friends for testimony, this leave was written due to her real life maternity leave from the show. She is married with Eric Siegel since 2004. They are blessed with a kid.
