After a long time, CSI will be exploring a crime story that is so frightful in every sense of the word, sheer brutal and barbaric ways have been employed to the commit the crime of such a horrid extent.
The act of brutality has threatened and scared a small fraction that belongs to a community in the city of New York, which has guards like Mac Taylor and his team. The community is frightened after sighting the savage murder of a person belonging to the same.

Melina From CSI NY To Snitch!
Crime Scene Investigation: New York is the spin-off series of the famed series CSI. I guess not only the audience, but also the producers of CSI have been so obsessed with the show, that they came up with this interesting series based on the same police procedural genre, but in a different city this time.
Indeed, the shows deserve applause!
Like the other two CSI series, in which there is either a new addition to the cast going on, or someone from the series is going to guest appear on the another series, CSI : NY too has something similar brewing! This wind of change is affecting all the sequel series too!
Well, don’t worry, because if there are any drastic changes, I will be the first to let you know! Now the change that I am referring to is concerned with Melina Kanakaredes.
Well, the change is not necessarily in terms of the show, but it’s in terms of Melina’s professional domain.
Melina alias Det. Stella Bonasera, as she is better known on the show, is going to be joining an action thriller television series, Snitch.
Ric Roman Waugh will be the director of this series, and he has also rewritten the script that was earlier written by Justin Haythe.
The shooting of the series is expected to begin next month and that too in Shreveport, Louisiana.
Whoa!
Melina is sure to have a lot of fun while shooting for the series there.
We would love to watch her performing on this brand new series, because we have seen her wonderful acting skills on CSI: NY. Plus, we are sure that she will enthrall the audience with her talent in this upcoming show too.

Gary in Disneyland Candlelight Procession
Hmm… Gary Sinise and Disneyland sounds interesting. The ace actor was a part of the prestigious Candlelight Procession and Ceremony at Disneyland.
He graced the ceremony with his presence at the Disneyland in Anaheim. The event happens every year and has been a part of the place for almost 53 years, now.
This year, a grand 600-voice choir group walked the Main Street, U.S.A. with candles in their hands. They also sang and made the evening worth remembering for.
As a tradition, a celebrity reads the Christmas story. This year, the Disneyland authorities decided to call in Gary Sinise. The ceremony is majestic as the choir group sings beautifully and the celeb reads the story. The full orchestra of Disneyland supports the event by wielding out amazing tunes. We cannot forget Herald Trumpeters who are at the top of the Main Street Railroad Station.
Gary Sinise is a fine actor; we all know the fact but, he is also a great narrator. This is the reason why he was called to narrate the holy tale surrounding Yule. The event is prestigious and exclusive and one has to have the invitation card in order to attend this auspicious ceremony.
Gary read the tale on Saturday. He narrated the story just as the way it should be and on Sunday as well, he continued to read it. Apart from his portrayal in the epic movie Forrest Gump, he is known for his portrayal of Mckenna ‘Mac’ Boyd Taylor II who is the boss of NYPD Crime Lab as well as serves as the supervisor of CSI crews.
Coming back to the Disneyland event, members of the choir group included people from churches, schools and other associations. Apart from these guys, approximately, 200 employees also took part in the event.

Vanessa Ferlito Seeks Secret Hideout!

When did the actress make a foe?
Well, I feel unless you make an enemy or attract the unlikely attention of the intelligence agencies; the need for going under cover doesn’t arise, does it?
So, if Vanessa Ferlito hasn’t irked someone from the world of crime, then she must have joined hands with some of them.
Before you come up with another possibility, let me let the cat out of the bag and inform you, that it is Vanessa’s character, in one of the untitled projects for ABC Network, that is looking for a secret hideout.
Source close to the development of the new project revealed, that the drama would have some federal agents, holed up in a California-based house.
The former CSI NY actress will play the role of one of the agents named Catherine Lopez, a.k.a. Charlie.
With a stunning star on board, the network has certainly hit the jackpot.
I, for one, would love to watch her character getting involved in some action-packed moments.
BTW, if you wish to catch her in action, then you could opt for a CSI NY download; the crime show, in which she donned the avatar of a feisty detective, Aiden Burn.
In addition to the detective series, she also had a taste of action in the Kiefer Sutherland-starrer political thriller, 24, where she played Claudia Hernandez.
Keeping that in mind, I don’t think she would have any problem playing the character of Charlie.
However, it might be a bit too early to comment on that!
It’s not yet revealed when the drama would get a name, and I have this feeling that once the name is announced, we’ll also get to know some initial production details.
With people from the DEA, FBI and LAPD, all gathered in one place, the new show will be something more than just a drama.
For the time being, only the news of Vanessa Ferlito making it into the cast has been made public. But I am pretty sure that other topnotch stars will also be roped in very soon, because the show creator has a long list of openings for hard-core roles.

Actor Gary Sinise Performed Onstage To Encourage Military Men!
Actor Gary Sinise is not a just great actor, but he is a great performer and a good human being too. He proved this by giving a brilliant performance with his Lt. Dan Band to support wounded veterans. He also invited military children on stage to sing a song, Life is a Highway, along with him.
Lt. Col. Mike Corrado was invited as a special guest there.
The band is named after Sinise’s character in the movie Forrest Gump, in which he played the role of Lt. Dan Taylor. He feels that the character of Lt. Dan Taylor is quite close to his heart. He started this band in 1997.
One of the star attractions of CSI NY episodes, he felt honoured to be a part of this concert, and said that his band came to encourage military personnel. He welcomed military personnel and veterans with open arms, and showed honour and respect for them for providing security without any personal profit.
He gave due credit to the military people, and said if we are living fearlessly, it is only because of them. Lt. Col. Mike Corrado was warmly welcomed by crowd when he took his guitar on the stage and played a song.
Medal recipients Drew Dix and Jay Vargas (both served in the Vietnam War) were also present to promote suicide awareness; they also praised military for their sacrifices.
Sinise said he works from Monday to Friday, and performs on weekends to raise funds for troops; he says it keeps him busy throughout the year.
After seeing his humanitarian work and other noble work, President George W. Bush awarded him with Presidential Citizen Medal.
I would say I am impressed with Sinise and everything that he does; I’d request him to carry on with this work because only a few people have the capability to spread awareness to help the needy people.

Gary Finds A New Director For His Foundation!
Hiring a director is not that difficult, but finding one for a great cause is easier said than done. In this contemporary world, everyone wants to earn money, by hook or crook. In fact, even when it comes to charity causes, people try to gain personal benefits.
Well, I’m coming to the buzz that Naval Captain Kevin Wensing has joined The Gary Sinise Foundation as its Strategic Director; a foundation named after the famous actor of CSI NY actor, Gary.
After serving the nation for 26 years as a Captain, he is all set to take the position that requires responsibility and a keen desire for work.
It is good to know that this most awaited position went into the hands that have protected the entire nation in tough times.
The newly appointed Strategic Director shared a few words, after taking charge of the position. First of all, he expressed that he is quite contented to get this golden opportunity to work with famous celebs like Gary.
During this short yet inspiring speech, Kevin discussed about the contribution of Gary to the lives of deprived families. Moreover, he also praised him for generous support to the families of Armed Forces.
Well, I’m pretty impressed with his speech, because he knew all the key areas and future plans of this reputed foundation. Kevin was really inspired by the contributions of this foundation to our society, and like Gary, he too wants to assist the nation.
I regularly watch CSI NY online, and believe that a philanthropist like Gary is difficult to find. After all the exciting guest appearances that the show has been offering us over the years, it has got yet another one on the cards for us! This time, it is Joey McIntyre, well known as the youngest member of the popular musical band, ‘New Kid on the Block’.
